All of our jewellery and their individual settings and components are made entirely from solid Sterling Silver 925 and 9ct Gold - sourced in Australia. Our chains are also made from solid sterling silver, sourced from Italy for the highest quality finish. The use of solid metals gives our customers peace of mind regarding the quality, durability and finish of our products. Our pieces are also made almost exclusively from recycled metals and the little packaging we use is made from environmentally friendly materials.

item care.

Due to the high-quality materials used, our jewellery is water, sweat and rust proof, providing you with the peace of mind to never take it off. The sterling silver will naturally oxodise over time, yet a quick polish or wash will return your piece back to a bright finish if you that's the look you're trying to maintain. While the metal will last you a lifetime the pressure put on some of our more delicate pieces during high-intensity activities like swimming or surfing can cause them to break if put under too much stress. As such, while a quick dip in the pool or shower is totally fine, ocean swimming or surfing can be a little risky!

ring fit.

If you’re unsure of your ring size, the best way to find it out is by visiting a local jeweller or jewellery shop. However it can also be measured at home. This can be done easily by measuring the circumference of your intended finger with a thin strip of paper or piece of string/dental floss:

1) Wrap the paper/string/floss tightly around the base of your finger where the ring will sit. Mark where the two pieces overlap with a pen

2) Then measure the length between the two marked ends with a ruler (mm) – the measurement is your finger’s circumference. 

- We recommend doing the measurement process twice to ensure accuracy!

3) Use this measurement (mm) to convert your circumference to a ring size using the chart below:

- If you are between sizes, order the one closest / and request a half size by leaving a note at checkout – e.g Q ½ (between Q and R)

4) Finally, don’t stress too much about your size! We know getting a new ring can be daunting and ring fit is important, but in our experience a finger will comfortably fit a size up and down from its ‘perfect fit’ - so as long as you’re accurate with your measurement you should be sweet.


Once processed, handmade and finished, orders are shipped with Australia Post and customers are emailed a tracking number. Domestically, express shipping should take 1-2 business days, while standard shipping may take up to a week depending on location. International shipping timelines vary. We offer free standard shipping on orders over $100. All shipments are carbon offset.

returns and exchanges.

ring re-sizing.

Stress less! Free ring re-sizing is offered on all ring purchases within 14 days of delivery, both with or without custom inside engraving. You'll just have to cover the cost of return shipping and wait while the ring is re-sized and shipped each way. From our experience, this process usually takes around 3-4 weeks all up. While we offer this service free of charge, as a small business we appreciate our customers being as accurate as possible with their sizing the first time round to save everyone's time and effort!

At blonde. we take customer satisfaction seriously. If you would like to exchange or return a piece, please get in contact with us via email. Refunds are available for product faults once the issue has been identified and we have received the jewellery back. Store credit (excluding return shipping) is available for non-fault returns within 30 days provided the piece is returned in its original condition with packaging.

re-bookings/store credit.

All ticket purchases can be re-booked to a later available date or exchanged for store credit so long as notice is provided to us of your intention to do so no later than 48 hours prior to the class. If you are unable to make the class at short notice, you're more than welcome to give your ticket/s to a mate or family memeber who can!


All ticket purchases are fully refundable so long as notice is provided to us of your intention to refund no later than one week before the intended class date. Giftcard ticket purchases are redeemable within 3 years and non-refundable.

non-refundable circumstances.

We are unable to provide a refund, store credit or re-book tickets within 48 hours of the class. The same policy applies to no-shows, to those who miss their booked class time and those who arrive at their class too late for our teachers to be able to catch them up while continuing the rest of the class. Please double check your tickets and the booked class time and date beforehand. If you are unable to make the class at short notice, you're more than welcome to give your ticket/s to a mate or family memeber who can! Upon request, exceptions may only be granted for sickness arising within 48 hours if a medical certificate is supplied.
