Ring re-sizing (customer unable to visit studio)

We offer free ring resizing for our customers. Simply send the ring back to us, covering the cost of return shipping along with a $10 deposit for shipping it back to you. The resizing process typically takes about two weeks.

Please include a note with your package detailing:

Your order number

The original ring size

The new ring size you require

Ensure your package is tracked for security.

You are welcome to bring your ring to our studio for resizing. We recommend visiting during the 30-minute time slots between our ring-making classes on weekends:

12:00 PM – 12:30 PM

2:30 PM – 3:00 PM

You may visit at other times, but please note that our team is generally busier outside these slots.

Can I bring my own gold to the class?

Unfortunately, we do not allow participants to bring their own materials. This ensures consistency in quality, safety, and compatibility with our tools. Additionally, we do not have the facilities to melt or roll out metals.

Do you offer discounts for groups of three?

Our discount applies only to two-person tickets. If you have a group of three, you can purchase either:

2 x two-person tickets (for four people)

1 x two-person ticket and 1 x one-person ticket

Booking a mixed metal class as a single participant

Yes, you can book a Mixed Metal Class as a single participant. Simply select the "Sterling Silver Class - x1 person" option when booking.

To proceed with the upgrade, please contact us with your request and provide payment for the difference. Once the transfer is complete, send us a screenshot for confirmation.

Unable to Attend Class Due to Sickness (Less than 48 Hours' Notice)

If you’re unable to attend due to illness, please send us a medical certificate, and we will help you rebook your class at a later date.

Unable to Attend Due to COVID-19 (Less than 48 Hours' Notice)

You can send us a photo of your positive COVID-19 Rapid Antigen Test (RAT) with a date displayed on a device. This will allow us to confirm the test’s real-time validity and assist with rescheduling.

How Many Rings Are Made in a Regular Class?

Each participant creates two rings:

A small stacker ring for practice

A second ring with more creative freedom

Wedding Band Workshop – Determining Ring Size

To provide an accurate quote for your wedding bands, please provide:

Your ring size

Desired band width (in mm)

Ring material and carat

Preferred band style (domed or flat)

If you're unsure, visit our studio on weekends between 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM.

The best times for measurements are during our class breaks from 12:00 PM – 12:30 PM or 2:30 PM – 3:00 PM.

Gift Voucher Policy

Gift vouchers are valid for three years from the date of purchase.

Gift vouchers are non-refundable.

Class Cancellation & Refund Policy (Less than One Week’s Notice, More than 48 Hours)

We are unable to process refunds for cancellations made within one week of the class. However, we offer two options:

Rebooking: You can reschedule your class for a later date.

Store Credit: Use your credit for a future workshop or jewelry purchase.

Let us know which option works best for you.

Re-Bookings & Store Credits

You may reschedule your booking or exchange your ticket for store credit as long as we receive at least 48 hours’ notice. If you’re unable to attend at short notice, you may transfer your ticket to a friend or family member.

Missed Class Policy

Unfortunately, tickets are valid only for the booked session, and we cannot offer refunds or rebookings for missed classes.

However, as a valued customer, we can place you on a waitlist for any unsold spots in future classes. While we can't guarantee availability, we’ll offer you a free seat if space allows.

Minimum Age Requirement for Participants

The recommended minimum age is 16+ due to the hands-on nature of our workshop. We do accept bookings for children aged 12 and over with a signed waiver.
