BLONDE KIT SAFETY WAIVER AND RELEASE OF LIABILITY

By purchasing, opening, and/or using the Blonde Ring Making Kit ("the Kit"), I acknowledge and agree to the following:

1. Assumption of Risk

I understand that the Kit contains tools and materials that may pose potential risks, including (but not limited to) sharp tools, heat sources (e.g., handheld torch), fire hazards, chemical exposure, and small components. I acknowledge that these activities involve the risk of injury, burns, cuts, eye strain, or other harm.

2. Personal Responsibility

I accept full responsibility for:

• Reading all safety instructions provided in the Blonde course and packaging.
• Following appropriate safety procedures when using tools or handling materials.
• Ensuring my workspace is safe, ventilated, and free of hazards or flammable materials.
• Using proper safety gear including but not limited to eye protection, tying back long hair, and avoiding loose clothing.
• If gifting the kit to someone else, notify them of their responsibilities contained within this agreement

3. Torch Safety and Fuel Handling

I acknowledge that the Kit may require the use of butane gas (not included) to operate the torch. I agree to:

• Refuel the torch safely and in accordance with Blonde's instructions.
• Never operate the torch near open flames, children, pets, or flammable items.
• Take responsibility for safely sourcing, storing, and using fuel.

4. Medical Disclaimer

I confirm that I do not have any medical conditions (e.g., respiratory, neurological, physical impairments) that would make using the tools in the Kit unsafe. I will consult a medical professional if I’m unsure of my fitness to use the Kit.

5. Responsibility for Others

I will ensure that anyone near me while using the Kit is kept at a safe distance and that children or untrained individuals are not allowed to operate any tools.

6. Emergency Preparedness

I agree to have a working fire extinguisher, fire blanket, or water source available in my workspace at all times when using heat-based tools.

7. Waiver of Claims

To the fullest extent permitted by law, I waive any and all claims against Blonde (71656498270), its directors, staff, affiliates, or partners for injury, loss, or damage (to myself or my property) that may result from the use or misuse of the Kit.

8. No Professional Licensing or Certification

I understand that completing this course does not certify me as a professional jeweller. I will comply with local laws if I choose to sell jewellery made from this kit, including safety, labelling, and licensing requirements.

9. Intellectual Property

I acknowledge that all instructional content — including videos, guides, designs, and course materials — are the intellectual property of Blonde. I will not share, reproduce, or redistribute them without permission.

10. Agreement

By clicking the checkbox on the product page, or using the Kit, I confirm that I have read, understood, and agree to all of the above terms and conditions.
